Finding Your “Circle”
Many entrepreneurs and business owners have stated how hard it is to find people that they can connect with on a business and personal level. Because of this, there has been an increase of co-working spaces around the United States. Why? People work better together.
Co-working spaces are a great way to meet other like-minded individuals. You can also go to networking events around your city, join local business groups, and/or find Facebook groups that align with your interest.
It doesn’t matter how you find your “circle”. What matters is how you feel after talking to them. Do you feel motivated? Refreshed? Then this is the right people to be around.
If you constantly walk around feeling defeated, ready to snap, or just plain sad after hanging around certain individuals, then it may be time to pull the plug on that relationship for awhile, if not for good.
It can take some time before you find individuals you consider your circle. You have to put yourself out there, be receptive to positive energy, and enjoy the ride.
When you look back over your life with your circle, you’ll be glad you put yourself out into the world.
